Et c'est un autre pays qui vient d'élire son Mr. Gay : La République Tchèque ! Bravo à Tomáš Frýda pour son élection, voici son interview :

Benjamin - Salut, peux-tu te présenter en quelques mots ?

Tomáš Frýda - J'ai 23 ans et je suis étudiant à l'Université Charles de Prague, la ville où j'habite. Je suis passionné de fitness et je travaille comme entraineur personnel. Je suis aussi professeur de Bodypump car j'adore la musique.

Benjamin - Comment as tu fait ton coming-out ?

Tomáš Frýda - En fait, je n'ai jamais vraiment fait de coming-out. Un jour j'ai réalisé que j'étais gay et j'en suis fier. C'est ma vie et c'est ce que je suis.

Benjamin - Pour quelles raisons as tu candidaté au concours Mr Gay ? Comment s'est passée l'élection ?

Tomáš Frýda - J'ai été élu Mr Gay République Tchèque à Prague en septembre dernier. J'ai remporté le concours après différentes épreuves. C'était un super événement qui s'est déroulé dans un gigantesque théâtre et il y avait beaucoup de gens intéressants et des artistes tchèques très célèbres. J'ai beaucoup aimé.

Benjamin - Quelle est ta motivation pour Mr Gay Europe ?

Tomáš Frýda - Ma motivation pour Mr Gay Europe est de montrer qu'il existe un petit pays au cœur de l'Europe, la République Tchèque et je veux montrer que ce pays est vraiment gay-friendly et ouvert à toutes les nations ou religions, malgré son passé communiste.

Benjamin - La République Tchèque est connue pour être eurosceptique. Que penses-tu de l'Europe ?

Tomáš Frýda - L'Europe est une seule nation. Et je suis heureux d'être un citoyen européen. C'est mon opinion. Et c'est faux de dire que mon pays est eurosceptique. Nous sommes membres de l'UE, Schengen et l'OTAN. Seulement notre président est eurosceptique.

Benjamin - Un petit message pour mes lecteurs français/européens ?

Tomáš Frýda - Chers lecteurs, la normalité n'existe pas dans ce monde. Que vous soyez gays, lesbiennes, catholiques ou athées, soyez juste vous-mêmes. La vie peut-être très dure. C'est un combat et il ne faut jamais abandonner.

Another country elected his Mr Gay: Czech Republic! Congratluations to Tomáš Frýda for his election, here is his interview:

Benjamin - Can you present yourself in a few words?

Tomáš Frýda - I am 23, I am student of Charles University in Prague, where I also live. My passion is fitness so I work as a personal trainer in the gym. I am also body pump instructor because I really love music.

Benjamin - How did you made your coming-out?

Tomáš Frýda - Actually I have never felt something called coming-out. One day I just realised that I am gay and I am proud to be this way. Its my life and this is who I am.

Benjamin - Why did you candidate to Mr. gay Czech Republic? How was the contest?

Tomáš Frýda - I was elected as Mr. Gay Czech republic this September in Prague. I was put there after few auditions (like semi-finals). It was a great event set in the huge theatre, where I met lot of interesting people and Czech famous artists. I really enjoyed it.

Benjamin - What are your motivations for Mr Gay Europe?

Tomáš Frýda - My motivation for Mr. Gay Europe is to show everyone that there is a small country in the middle of Europe called Czech republic and show that this country is really gay-friendly and open to every nation or religion. Despite its post-communistic country.
  
Benjamin - The Czech Republic is known to be a Euro sceptic country. What do you think about Europe?

Tomáš Frýda - Europe is one nation. And its great to be European citizen. This is my opinion. And its not true that my country is euro-sceptic. My country is member of EU, Schengen or NATO. Only our president is Euro sceptic.

Benjamin - Do you want to say something for my French/Europeans readers?

Tomáš Frýda - Dear readers, there is no human "normality" in this world. If you are gay, lesbian, catholic or atheist, just be who you are. Life is sometimes really hard. And its a fight. And you have to never give up.

Benjamin - Ahoj Tome, můžeš se nám pár slovy představit?

Tomáš Frýda - Ahoj, je mi 23, jsem studentem Univerzity Karlovy v Praze, kde i bydlím. Mojí vášní je fitness, proto pracuji jako osobní trenér ve fitness centru. Miluji i hudbu a proto jsem to spojil a stal se oficiálním bodypump instruktorem.

Benjamin - Jak probíhal tvůj coming-out?

Tomáš Frýda - Vlastně jsem nikdy nic podobného neprožil. Jednoho dne jsem prostě přišel na to, že jsem gay a nikdy bych neměnil. Tak žiju a takový jsem.

Benjamin - Proč jsi kandidoval na tento titul a jak soutěž probíhala?

Tomáš Frýda - Jsem soutěživý typ. Byl jsem zvolen na finále v září v Praze. Dostal jsem se tam postupem z jakýchsi semifinálových kol. Byla to velká akce, konaná v obrovském divadle, kde jsem potkal mnoho zajímavých lidí nejen z českého showbussinesu. A opravdu jsem si to užil.

Benjamin - Jakou máš motivaci na mr. Gay Europe?

Tomáš Frýda - Chci ukázat, že uprostřed Evropy je malá země, Česká republika, a že tato země je vůči menšinám velmi přátelská a otevřená a to přestože se jedná o post-komunistickou zemi.

Benjamin - Česká republika je vnímána jako velmi euroskeptická, jak vidíš Evropu ty?

Tomáš Frýda - Evropa je jeden národ. A je úžasné být evropanem. To je můj názor. Česká republika není až zas tak euroskeptická, jsme členy EU, NATO i Schengenského prostoru. Euroskeptický je jen náš prezident.

Benjamin - Je něco, co bys chtěl vzkázat našim čtenářům, ať až u vás, zde ve Francii nebo po celé Evropě?

Tomáš Frýda - Milí čtenáři, neexistují meze lidské "normality". Ať už jsi gay, lesba, katolík nebo ateista, vždy buď tím, kým doopravdy jsi. Život je občas velmi těžký. A je to boj. A naším úkolem je nikdy to nevzdat.
