Une nouvelle fois, le parlement italien a rejeté une loi contre l’homophobie. C’est la deuxième fois qu’une loi de ce type est rejetée en Italie…

En effet, actuellement l’Italie n’a pas de loi contre l’homophobie, contrairement à la France et de nombreux pays européens. Une agression homophobe est considérée comme une agression banale, il n’y a pas de circonstances aggravantes.

Encore une mauvaise nouvelle pour l’Italie dont le parlement vient de donner un soutien indirect à l’homophobie. Malgré l’Europride de cette année à Rome qui a trouvé un grand écho dans le pays et en Europe, rien ne bouge dans la péninsule.
